Can I change my reservation?
A booking can be changed no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
To change your reservation please refer to the reservation confirmation email you will receive following the booking.
What if I am late for my reservation?
We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes past your reservation time.
Any later and unfortunately we can not guarantee a place.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
For no shows, late cancellations or late decreases in party size (less than 24 hours without notice), you will be subject to the fee advised at the time of booking.

Do you have a dress code?
Dress code is smart casual.
As the climate is typically cooler and wetter than Melbourne in the colder months we do ask guests to bring appropriate warm and wet weather clothes and footwear, particularly for the sculpture park.
Can I visit the sculptures without booking?
Yes. We welcome all patrons to visit our sculpture park. It is not ticketed, even without a booking.
No climbing on the sculptures is permitted.
Can I bring my pets?
Unfortunately we can only accommodate on-duty guide dogs and certified service animals. All other pets are not permitted on the property including the sculpture areas.
Can I smoke/vape at the premises?
Mount Monument is a non-smoking venue. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of our patrons and to preserve the landscape.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
At this time, due to regional internet bandwidth limitations, we can not offer free wi-fi to patrons.
Is your premises accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, we are wheel chair accessible from the carpark to the restaurant and cellar door. We have both accessible and disabled toilet facilities within the cellar door building.
Unfortunately due to the terrain the sculptures in the landscape may not be accessible.
Can I buy Mount Monument Wines online?
Yes! Our online shop is designed to bring the cellar door experience to your home, allowing you to purchase our carefully crafted wines from the Mount Macedon region.
