FAQ

  • We welcome young patrons over 12 years and do not offer a reduced children's menu.

    All patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property.

    We thank you for your understanding.

  • The Wine Tasting Experience is approximately 30 minutes.

  • Due to permit capacity restrictions the sculptures are only accessible to those who have made reservations for the cellar door.

    Due to health and safety no climbing on the sculptures is permitted.

  • All Mount Monument wines are vegan friendly.

  • Due to the booking system limitations the maximum booking size of 15 people for a single reservation is possible.

  • A booking can be changed no later than 24 hours before the booked time.

    To change your reservation please refer to the Reservation Confirmation email you will receive following the booking.

  • We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes past your reservation time.

    Any later and unfortunately we can not guarantee a place.

  • For no shows, late cancellations or late decreases in party size (less than 24 hours without notice), you will be subject to the fee advised at the time of booking.

    To cancel your reservation please refer to the Reservation Confirmation email you will receive following the booking.

  • Unfortunately we can only accommodate on-duty guide dogs and certified service animals. All other pets are not permitted on the property including the sculpture areas.

  • Mount Monument is a non-smoking venue. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of our patrons and to preserve the landscape.

  • Dress code is smart casual.

    As the climate is typically cooler and wetter than Melbourne in the colder months we do ask guests to bring appropriate warm and wet weather clothes and footwear, particularly for the Sculpture Field.

  • We are wheel chair accessible from the car park to the cellar door and restaurant.

    Unfortunately due to the terrain the sculptures in the landscape may not be accessible.

    We have accessible and disabled toilet facilities within the building.

  • At this time, due to regional internet bandwidth limitations, we can not offer wi-fi to patrons.
